Shipping & Returns

Shipping: All truck shipments are freight collect. UPS charges will be added to the invoice. If you receive goods damaged in shipping, you MUST place a claim immediateley with the carrier. Any damages or shortages must be reported within 3 days from date of receipt. All products on all orders are scanned out of our warehouse to avoide any problems.< /p>

Returns: All Returns must have a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) to be accpected for credit or exchange. Returns made after 14 business days or without a valid RMA# will not be accepted and refused upon arrival.

All goods returned for credit or exchange MUST be in the original manufacturer's packaging. If not a $5 re-packaging charge will be deducted from credit.

CLOSE-OUT, DISCONTUNUED, or SPECIAL ORDER products may not be returned for credit or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED!

Authorized returns are subject up to 25% restocking charge.

Authorized exchanges are subject to $10 exchange handling fee.

We retain the right to make final determination regarding goods returned because they are defective or because they appear not to have given normal wear and service. It is our policy to repair, replace, or credit at the manufacturer's discretion. Before accepting goods for replacement from your customer, you must contact us for specific authorization if you attend to receive credit or a replacement of goods from Arrow Hockey.
